Dr. Alysha Somji is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor, where she helps patients build real, sustainable paths to better health.

As a mom of two active boys, Dr. Somji believes healthy living starts at home. She works to model an active lifestyle and strong nutrition for her own family, and brings that same practical, real-world approach into her work with patients.

Her approach centers on empowering patients to take an active role in their own health. Rather than quick fixes, she focuses on sustainable changes to nutrition, movement, and lifestyle that patients can actually maintain long-term. At the same time, she believes lasting progress requires looking at the whole body, so she pairs lifestyle counseling with bloodwork and other targeted testing to build a clear, individualized picture of each patient’s health.

Dr. Somji is licensed through the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta (CNDA) and is a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND). She holds a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Alberta.

Her clinical focus includes family medicine, women’s health (puberty, fertility, and menopause), digestion, skin conditions, and children’s health.
